1. No Refunds Policy

Party Post Live operates under a strict NO REFUNDS policy. This means that once a payment is processed and your account is activated, no refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Service dissatisfaction or change of mind
  • Technical issues or service interruptions
  • Account cancellation or suspension
  • Partial months of service
  • Unused subscription time
  • Feature changes or service updates
  • Personal circumstances or emergencies
  • Billing errors or disputes
  • Platform changes or updates
  • Any other reason not explicitly covered

By making a purchase, you explicitly agree to this no-refunds policy and waive any right to request a refund.

2. Subscription Cancellation

While you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, please understand that:

  • No refunds will be provided for the current billing period or any unused time
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will lose access to paid features at the end of your billing period
  • Your account will revert to the Free plan limitations
  • Cancellation does not entitle you to any refund or credit

3. One-Time Purchases

For one-time purchases such as room credits or special event packages:

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL - no refunds under any circumstances
  • Credits and packages are non-transferable
  • Unused credits expire according to the terms of purchase
  • No refunds for expired or unused credits
  • No exchanges or substitutions

4. Chargeback Policy

WARNING: CHARGEBACKS ARE PROHIBITED

By using our service, you agree that:

  • You will NOT dispute charges with your payment provider
  • You will NOT initiate chargebacks for any reason
  • All billing disputes must be resolved directly with us
  • Chargebacks will result in immediate account termination
  • We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks
  • Chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension

5. Service Issues and Technical Problems

We strive to provide reliable service, but technical issues may occur. In such cases:

  • No refunds will be provided for service interruptions
  • We will work to resolve issues as quickly as possible
  • Service credits may be provided at our sole discretion
  • Technical problems do not entitle you to refunds
  • We are not liable for any damages resulting from service issues

6. Billing Errors

If you believe there has been a billing error:

  • Contact us immediately at billing@partypostlive.com
  • Provide detailed information about the alleged error
  • We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
  • If an error is confirmed, we will correct it
  • No refunds will be provided for billing errors
  • Do not initiate chargebacks for billing disputes

7. Account Suspension or Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service:

  • No refunds will be provided for any remaining subscription time
  • You forfeit all rights to any unused credits or features
  • No compensation will be provided for account termination
  • This applies regardless of the reason for suspension/termination

8. Force Majeure

Party Post Live shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, fire, natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

9. Legal Disputes

By using our service, you agree that:

  • This refund policy is legally binding and enforceable
  • You waive any right to pursue refund claims in court
  • Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration
  • You agree to pay all legal fees if you pursue unfounded claims
  • This policy supersedes any conflicting terms or policies
